Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking to ensure a timely start. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without compensation.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Participants must wear clean, closed-toe shoes without studs or spikes.

If footwear does not meet these requirements, participants will be asked to remove their shoes before using the simulators.

All guests must treat staff, equipment, and fellow participants with respect.

Abusive language, aggressive behavior, or intentional damage to equipment will not be tolerated.

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential banning from future bookings.

Participants must be at least 12 years old or a minimum height of 130 cm, whichever comes first. This is to ensure safe and proper use of the simulator equipment.

Anyone under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign a waiver on their behalf before participation.

Motorsport Simworld reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest does not meet the minimum age or height requirements for safety reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll issue you a credit that can be used for a future booking. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

If you don’t attend your booking and do not inform us in advance, no refund or credit will be provided.

You may reschedule your booking (subject to availability) by contacting us at least 3 hours prior to your session.

Participants acknowledge that simulator racing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to motion sickness or discomfort.

All participants (or their guardians) must sign a waiver releasing Motorsport Simworld from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.

Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the simulators due to misuse or failure to follow staff instructions.

Any repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage will be charged to the participant.

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

With consent, we may send promotional materials. Participants can opt out at any time.

Motorsport Simworld reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
